When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, requested service, project details, and any project photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to review your hauling request, prepare an estimate, schedule service, communicate with you, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell your personal information.

How information is handled

Estimate requests are processed using Google services and delivered to our business inbox. Uploaded photos are resized and re-encoded before submission to remove embedded metadata, are not placed in public storage, and are delivered as private email attachments. We retain information only as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, and legal obligations.

Photo safety

Please upload only photos needed to evaluate the hauling project. Do not upload identification, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive documents.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, subject to any records we must retain for legal or business purposes.
